At WDI Campu

Originally from Provo, Utah. I grew up spending summers in California and winters in Utah.

From my earliest days I loved Disney animation and Disneyland. My dream was to work as a Disney animator and eventually for Walt Disney Imagineering. I was especially drawn to the work of Marc Davis, whose characters were imbued with life and story.

After graduating from college with a BFA in illustration, I moved to LA where I worked as an animator, did some character design, illustrating, and creative development for games, film, educational products, Internet and mobile. Eventually working with Walt Disney Imagineering on a project for the theme parks.

Family needs, and a great recession led me to return to my hometown, where I worked creating games and interactive activities for the education industry and taught part-time at a local university.

Always wanting to improve my craft, I recently earned my Master of Fine Arts degree from the Academy of Art University.

Most recently, I have been blessed to return to my first love: animation. My most current work is providing Art Direction for 2D Animation at Rooster Teeth Animation in Austin Texas.

I am currently open to work on new projects, while I continue to develop my own work.
